So, I want to verify my phone number, but as per am in USA, and only get 3 options for country code.

Do you have a network plan for your computer or is it strictly wi-fi only?

If the former, contact your carrier.

If the latter, your accessing a foreign website and need a US web address.

You can change your location on your laptop by the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/, this is just a possibility though. No this is in the Galaxy Book 3, and it was purchased in the US.
