Cannot access any settings pages

Trying to connect new headphones to Galaxy Tab A8 and I cannot access any of my settings pages as they all close down too quickly.

I've read that I might need to clear the crache however I can't open the 'general management' page. It only stays open for a millisecond before it closes down.

Help appreciated please

What brand of headphones are they? Did they come with an app or are they just connected via Bluetooth?

Try holding down the Power and Vol Down until the Tab reboots and see if hat helps with settings. If not boot to Safe Mode and try it. If it works in Safe Mode the one of the apps you installed is causing it.
