I opted out of the meta long time ago 😫

That's your problem! When you opt out of a beta, the system is still reading that you have the beta build on your which has paused any updates. I believe now you'll have to wait until the beta officially closes and everyone else has gotten the stable version before you will get yours.

Did you try Smart Switch ???
You can also try updating while in safe mode.

Yeah i did use smart switch on my MacBook but it doesn't work

Cause there isn't a stable one. Apparently the on ui 9 is having issues so they stopped the rollout or something from my understanding of the situation
