@aamirtaj Sorry but I'm not sure I understand. Did you lose your phone and are trying to recover the contents of the secure folder on that phone?

If you are saying that you lost or don't know the password to your phone to get the file, i'm afraid you're out of luck.
If you have the password to your samsung account, then you shouldn't have any issues recovering the file... but if you lost the password to samsung's account, they can't give it to you.Your phone is a brick and the information in it.

Has anybody else ever got a notice from Samsung that if you accidentally sign out of your Samsung Secure Folder, you will never see your stuff again? I did not get no memo at all, and I had five years that equal 42 years that I've put stuff in there. I've always been able to get a new phone, sign into my Secure Folder, and all my secure stuff was still there and secure. Now, I guess four or five years ago, I just read this that if you accidentally, or whatever you do, I accidentally signed out. Now I can't ever get my things back that I put in that Secure Folder. Never, and nobody can. If I even ask Samsung to, they cannot. This is unheard of! Why didn't they let people know?

I don't know if I'm ever gonna buy another Samsung phone again now. I was just literally about to go to Best Buy and get the S21 Ultra or the S26 Ultra, and I'm not buying that no more. That Secure Folder of theirs now is worth zero dollars. That Samsung Pass is the same thing, and they charge enterprises to use this feature, and I wonder if they know about it. I bet they don't. I wonder how much stuff they would lose, and I think my life was important. Imagine how many lives that they're counting on that they don't care about. This is insane!

If anybody knows of a way to actually get my stuff back, please post, tag me, whatever it's called. I've never even written in a post on this thing. I've only used members to diagnose my phone, which I don't even know why I trust that it's going to do it anyway. I could just do it myself. This is insane! Why have a secure folder? Why don't they let anybody know? I read the announcements; I see the little pop-up thing; I click it; I read them. A lot of people don't. I do, and it never said that. If it did say that, I would have never ever put nothing more in that; I would have got everything out of there and put it in a different; I would have just emailed it to myself, basically. That's safer.

It does say that, without them telling anybody, I suppose you can still back up your secure folder, Samsung's secure folder, and you can restore it. From what I just read, I've never not backed up my phone. It does it automatically, and I do it myself usually daily.

I just go to the secure folder and, accidentally, I hit sign out because I didn't know it was going to erase 40 years' worth of important things that I thought were safe and secure. Well, they're secure, okay, because no one can see them forever, not even me, and I know the password and I have the backup codes. I created them, or they created them, whatever they want to say, but you can't get it back! I don't know what they're talking about. On my S21, I've held on to it for so long because of this. I thought, hey, if I even get a new phone out, I can't get it back into my secure folder; it's going to erase. That's what I'm telling myself. They say I can, but I go to the spot where they say recover. It does say "Recover Backup", but when you click it, good luck, because it doesn't click anything. No backups are found. Well, **bleep**, why am I backing up my phone then? Why am I backing up anything to Samsung to pry their eyes on? What if I had the cure for men and sanity and all that on there, and they want to claim it or something, who knows? If there's a way that anyone knows how to recover from the Samsung folder mistake that I made, can you please somehow tag me? I never even used this app ever. I don't ever post anything. I don't have social media, nothing. If somebody can please somehow get a hold of me, ding me, ping me, whatever.

With the way, even though it says no backups, I mean, it says right on their website that there is; that's how you do it, and they're lying because there are no backups, and I didn't delete any backups. I purposely make backups, and I noticed a long time ago that it never said "Secure Folder" but, like, five, six, seven years ago, when I would switch phones every year to get the newest one out, all I did was buy a new phone and sign in to my Secure Folder too. All my stuff was there from 10 years ago, and now everything from 2006 to today is gone, over an accidental. I signed out. This is insane, and my lawyer is going to be talking to those people if somebody can't figure this out. They need to figure this out. They know how to do it; they made it; they could do it. If I make something, I know I make sure I know how to fix it if it broke, and this has been broken since 2021. That's when I bought my phone, and I still got it, so I think I'm getting put  over since 2021. Trust in Samsung? It's secure, okay. Yeah, no one's gonna see it forever, not even me. This is... I'm speechless.
