Galaxy S24My photo gallery switched to AT&T cloud somehow. Now when I send a photo from my pc to my phone it says it received but does'nt show in the current AT&T cloud app. I don't want this app and would like to return the way it was. Does this have anything to do with Microsoft One Drive recently not synching with photos?

Galaxy S24How did you send the photo from your PC to your phone (email, manual transfer, etc.)?

Galaxy S24Do you have an AT&T branded phone? That is likely why that happened. AT&T likely directs transfers through its cloud. It likely is not stored in the cloud, but if you sent it from your PC to your phone, see if it landed in the Samsung gallery or in my files/dcim. The gallery app should be on your phone, but if it's not, you can download it from the Galaxy store and then make it your default app for photos. You can even try sending it again to make sure it landed where you wanted it to. To make the gallery your default app, open the my files app, go to the dcim folder, find any photo, long press it and then on the bottom menu bar choose "more" and select open with. Tap always and then select gallery.
