Camera permission issues in Chrome

I have tried 14 different ways to Tuesday to get Chrome in their drop-down menu when you click on the left of the URL in the search box to give the site permission to use camera for ID verification purposes... in that drop-down menu the only permission is for notifications nowhere in browser phone or site settings for it to allow camera permission what am I doing?

I'm your phone settings go to apps there when you find chrome click on it and you'll see permissions when you click on it you'll see permissions that are allowed and which have been denied. From there just click camera and allow it. Here are screen shots from mine. Hope it helps.
