One thing I like about tablets is having more screen space than a regular phone. That extra space could make multitasking even more useful for everyday activities.
I’d love to hear what Galaxy tablet users want to see improved, whether it’s split-screen controls, floating windows, or an easier way to switch between apps.
I know the available features can vary depending on the tablet model and software version, but there’s always room to make the experience better.
If Samsung improved one multitasking feature in a future One UI update, which one would you pick?

Lmaoo nah, I’m just tryna be more active on here and learn from y’all. I like hearing what other Galaxy users think, so I’ve been throwing out different topics to get some conversations going. 😂😂😂😂

That would actually be a great addition! Workbench mode could give Galaxy tablets more flexibility for multitasking and getting work done. I’d love to see Samsung bring more features like that across its devices. What part of the Fold 6’s Workbench mode would you want to see on tablets the most?

Been able to have apps on side when they are not on focus without pausing them. Can easily toggle between very fast

That’s actually a solid feature to have. Being able to keep apps running in the background and switch between them quickly makes multitasking way smoother. I’d love to see Samsung improve that experience across more Galaxy devices. Which apps do you usually keep running side by side?

All of them, I think this is a feature that I would use more than split screen. There are times that I need to jump between multiple apps quickly without having the need to use split screen and jump back to the previous app. Or at times want to use the big screen on my zfold 8 without the need to split it in half

Yeah, that makes sense. Split screen is useful, but sometimes you just wanna switch between apps quickly without giving up half your screen. Keeping everything running in the background would make multitasking feel a lot smoother, especially on a big foldable like the Z Fold 8. I can see why you’d use that more than split screen.
