One UI 9 beta for S25 Ultra causes Camera Failure

S25 Ultra Camera fails to start.

I have checked for app update in store and it was not listed. 

I also cleared data and cache. 

Any ideas how to fix, or an official bug?

*** Update ***
- I cleared data and cache again.
- Restarted phone
- Went to 3rd party app that uses canera and allowed permission to use phone.
- Went to Samsung Camera app icon, tap on it, and it works now.

In summary, clear cache and data restart the phone to fix.
